• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on the job site while guiding subcontractors and crews
• Maintain accurate daily logs and 2-week lookahead schedules using Procore
• Serve as the on-site ambassador for Imperium, ensuring client, vendor, and inspector expectations are met
• Embrace challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of superintendent experience in interior or retail construction
• A self-starter who can manage job sites with minimal supervision and is eager to develop into a future leader
• Proven ability to interpret drawings and specifications to ensure quality and precision
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
• OSHA 62hr SST certification is required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
