Green Key Resources is partnering with one of Nashville's premier healthcare-focused General Contractors to bring on a Superintendent for their growing field team.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, manpower, deliveries, and overall site logistics.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, look-ahead schedules, and sequencing to ensure key milestones are met.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Monitor all work in the field for compliance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and daily field communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and maintain project progress.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, field documentation, progress tracking, and project records.
- Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure company safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, design teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field team members.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of commercial construction experience, with previous experience in a Superintendent or field leadership role.
- Healthcare construction experience required.
- Proven experience leading commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and quality control.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades in active construction environments.
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements and best practices.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions in the field.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
