Job summary

Renewyx is appointing a Superintendent for ground-up residential and mixed-use projects in the Milwaukee metro. The role entails full ownership of the site from mobilization to turnover, coordinating trades, ensuring safety and quality, and leading on-site meetings.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager on procurement and cost control, and serve as the primary on-site contact. Milwaukee-based site leadership is required for continuity beyond the first project.

Qualifications

• Ground-up multifamily construction experience.
• Experience as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Owns the schedule, subcontractor base, and safety program.
• Familiar with Wisconsin/Upper Midwest subcontractor market.

Renewyx have partnered with a multifamily general contractor to appoint a Superintendent for ground-up residential and mixed-use projects in the Milwaukee metro.

The business is building a steady pipeline of new build multifamily work and is bringing in a site leader to take a project from mobilization through to turnover.

Full ownership of the site: schedule management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. You will work alongside the Project Manager on procurement and cost control, chair the weekly trade meetings, and act as the primary point of contact on site.

• Ground-up multifamily construction experience, wood frame or podium
• A track record leading trades on site as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• Confidence owning the schedule, the subcontractor base, and the safety program
• Procore or comparable project management software
• Familiarity with the Wisconsin or Upper Midwest subcontractor market
• Site-based in the Milwaukee metro
• Continuity of work beyond the first project
