Job summary

Renewyx are working with a growing General contractor in Chicago who need a Superintendent to support renovations throughout an occupied High‑Rise.

You'd be running the show on a live building supporting remodels of 10 units a month ensuring you are keeping trades on schedule and residents in the loop while life carries on around the work.

Qualifications

• Experience running superintendent duties on residential renovation projects.
• Able to manage phased turnover schedules without delays.
• Coordinate trades and maintain site safety on occupied buildings.
• Experience in live/occupied renovations and high-rise projects.
