Job Description

Per Sé Group is working with multiple commercial general contractors throughout Houston looking to hire a Construction Superintendent. Companies include a range of GCs including up to ENR Top 200 firms. The ideal candidate has ground up project experience across (light) industrial, K-12, higher education, healthcare or multifamily with project budgets from $25M - $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project quality and safety
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Enforce strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes
• Implement and uphold comprehensive safety programs and protocols
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently to maintain project flow
• Manage material deliveries, equipment, and site security
• Track and report daily progress, ensuring accurate documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on project goals and challenges
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and punch lists
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Preferred Skills and Expertise

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
• Ground up commercial construction project experience on $25M+ projects
• BS in Construction Management or similar a bonus

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
