Description

• Develop and update the project schedule.
• Communicate schedule status and impacts weekly.
• Provide critical path overview and 2-6 week lookahead.
• Ensure commissioning activities are coordinated and conducted timely.
• Develop and implement the Quality Management Program (QMP).
• Ensure specified materials are utilized and oversee construction of mock-ups.
• Resolve field quality issues and maintain as-builts.
• Minimize punch list items and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in marketing and proposal preparation.
• Participate in Trade Partner interviews and constructability reviews.
• Create and maintain project logistics plan.
• Lead planning and coordination sessions with trade partners.
• Assist with Trade Partner package scoping and qualifications.
• Confirm contracts are executed and insurance is approved.
• Understand the project budget and coding structure.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment within established budget.
• Review project specifications and drawings.
• Ensure timely submittal and approval of documents.
• Understand project-specific RFI process.
• Provide solutions and evaluate potential schedule impacts.
• Participate in BIM design and clash-detection review meetings.
• Ensure project maximizes the benefit of a modeled and coordinated project.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and communicate job status.
• Provide project communiques and directives as needed.
• Document progress and important conversations.
• Create and nurture a safe, respectful, and inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS policies and maintain a clean jobsite.
• Lead safety meetings and conduct project orientations.
• Respond immediately to correct potential hazards.
• Assist in creating the Project Site Safety Plan and determine Fall Protection Safety systems.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
