Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a motivated Site Project Manager in Grapevine, TX with 2–10 years of experience supporting commercial, industrial, or electrical construction projects. This role oversees daily site operations, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, manages schedules, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working with field teams, contractors, engineers, and customers.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of project management or site supervision experience.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, electricians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track schedules, milestones, and site progress.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards compliance.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Monitor material deliveries, labor and equipment staging.
• Communicate project updates, delays and risks.
• Support budgeting, change orders and cost tracking.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and quality inspections.
• Resolve field issues with contractors and engineering teams.
