Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Site Project Manager in Memphis, TN to oversee daily on-site construction activities for commercial, industrial, or electrical projects. This role requires coordination with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and customers to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and compliant with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–10 years of project management or field supervision experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and project management

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of project management, site coordination, or field supervision experience.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction is preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, electricians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track schedules, milestones, and overall site progress.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Monitor material deliveries, labor, and equipment staging.
• Communicate project updates, delays, and risk items.
• Support budgeting, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and quality inspections.
• Resolve field issues with contractors and engineering teams.

Our client is seeking a motivated Site Project Manager in Memphis, TNwith 2–10 years of experience supporting commercial, industrial, or electrical construction projects. This role will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working closely with field teams, contractors, engineers, and customers.
