Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day field operations and subcontractor performance
• Enforce site safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness
• Coordinate with PMs on schedule adherence and milestone delivery
• Review drawings, verify layout, and manage QA/QC
• Problem-solve in real-time and uphold client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field supervision experience in commercial construction
• Strong command of construction documents and field coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership in fast-paced environments
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR preferred
