Our client is a well-established Commercial General Contractor based in Dallas, specializing in a diverse range of ground-up and interior projects across the DFW region. These include religious facilities, office spaces, healthcare/medical buildings, retail units, and restaurants. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they’re looking to add a Superintendent to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of their own projects and grow with a company that values attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn over decades of experience.

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

As the on-site leader, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are all maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure the project is progressing on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors on-site
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance at all times
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and site inspections to maintain quality control
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material handling
• Work closely with the Project Manager to report on progress, delays, and site needs
• Attend and lead on-site meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress photos
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and find practical, timely solutions

They're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent or in a site leadership role within commercial construction
• Experience on ground-up and/or interior fit-out projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn the company’s methods and standards
• A strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality control
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
