Civil Construction Superintendent in Dallas Texas

$100,000 to $120,000 + Bonus

Seeking an experienced Heavy Construction Superintendent to lead wastewater plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and maintaining schedules and budgets. Strong background in blueprint interpretation, project coordination, and team leadership is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site operations, including subcontractor coordination and material procurement.

Enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

Monitor project progress, quality, and budget adherence.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve issues.

Lead, train, and motivate construction crews for timely, on-budget completion.

Manage documentation, reporting, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

More than 7 years of heavy / civil construction supervision experience, preferably in wastewater, LNG, Chemical or infrastructure projects.
