Job summary

We Search People are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent in Pennsylvania to lead ground-up commercial projects. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and maintain schedules while overseeing safety and quality from mobilization to closeout.

Candidates should have 10+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of drawings, scheduling, sequencing, and Procore.

Commercial General Contractor | Full-Time

We Search People are working with a large, established and rapidly growing General Contractor looking to hire an experienced Construction Superintendent in Pennsylvania.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects and continued growth across multiple states. They are looking for a proven field leader who can take ownership of projects, lead teams and subcontractors, and successfully deliver high‑quality commercial construction projects from the ground up.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background delivering ground‑up projects for a General Contractor. You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining project schedules, overseeing safety and quality, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from mobilization through to closeout.

You must have strong leadership experience and be confident managing field teams and subcontractors. A strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, sequencing and project logistics is essential. Experience using Procore is also required.

You will work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects and subcontractors, so excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving skills are important.
