Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience to lead field operations and ensure safety, schedule and quality on projects in the North/Central New Jersey area.

You’ll oversee subs, coordinate trades, manage site logistics and drive project milestones on retail, big-box, industrial, healthcare and education builds. Local work only with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Construction field supervision.
Experience w/ ground up commercial construction projects required.
Experience building projects valued $10M+.
