My client is seeking a Construction Superintendent with strong experience overseeing retail center construction, core and shell projects, and tilt-wall construction. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment and is passionate about quality execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination

Ensure project is completed on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards

Interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings

Maintain job site safety and cleanliness

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and owners to ensure smooth execution

Conduct and document inspections, progress meetings, and reports

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction

Proven experience in retail center construction, particularly core and shell builds

Strong knowledge of tilt-wall construction methods and sequencing

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades

Familiarity with scheduling software and construction documentation

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
