Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up high-rise construction across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic jobsite environments and is passionate about maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up high-rise projects
• Coordinate all trades and field activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Maintain project schedule and update stakeholders regularly
• Enforce site safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage site documentation, RFIs, and daily field reports
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, and ownership teams throughout all project phases

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3+ years in a Superintendent role
• Proven track record on ground-up high-rise multifamily and/or commercial projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with local codes, permits, and inspection processes
• Proficient in construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
