You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, analyze data, and support project teams with forecasts. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and strong analytical skills are required; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, construction preferred.
• Proficient with Deltek CostPoint or similar software.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Utilize Deltek CostPoint to analyze financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
• Develop systems to collect, verify, and report financial information.
• Collaborate with project management on forecasts and budgets.
• Support year-end audit preparation and compliance.
