Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, construction preferred.
• Proficient in Deltek CostPoint or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• CPA preferred but not required; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Utilize Deltek CostPoint to analyze financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports on revenue, costs and expenses.
• Collaborate with project management to develop financial plans and forecasts.
• Assist with annual audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
