Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of AS400 and Lawson accounting programs is a plus.

Salary: USD80000 - USD90000 per year

Staff Accountant

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries
• Perform various month-end reporting and account reconciliations
• Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Provide project assistance and support for the accounting department and other functions of the business
• Provide assistance and training to other team members

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional overtime
