Responsibilities

• Review documents during pursuit phase and assist in pre-bid site visits.
• Assist in determining total project costs by evaluating proposals and researching labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Develop a preliminary schedule for engineering and construction.
• Develop General Conditions based on bidding documents, staffing, facilities, security and safety measures.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, client, owners and others to ensure timely and safe project completion.
• Ensure timely arrival and installation of materials and equipment with field personnel and vendors.
• Prepare and review submittals, issue construction documents and layouts, respond to questions and RFIs.
• Supervise and direct activities of basic to moderate complexity and interpret drawings for foremen and superintendents.
• Conduct inspections to maintain QC reporting for project sites.
• Evaluate safety performance metrics of subcontractors and vendors during procurement.
• Close-out: complete contract deliverables and close-out procedures with PM; close subcontract and purchase orders; develop final record drawings and as-builts.
