Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Review documents and prepare deliverables during pursuit phase.
• Determine total project costs by evaluating proposals and researching labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Develop preliminary schedule for engineering and construction.
• Develop General Conditions per bidding documents.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, client and others to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure timely arrival and installation of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and review submittals, issue construction documents to field crews, respond to RFIs.
• Supervise project activities and interpret drawings for foremen and superintendents.
• Conduct inspections for QC reporting.
• Work with safety professionals to evaluate subcontractor safety metrics.
• Close-out with Project Manager; final inspections and close-out docs.
• Close all subcontract and purchase orders.
• Develop final record drawings and as-builts.
• Ensure close-out submittals documented and approved.
• Assist in VDC/BIM collaboration and related tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned.
