Responsibilities

• Review documents, prepare deliverables during pursuit phase.
• Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs to determine total project costs.
• Develop preliminary engineering and construction schedules.
• Prepare and review submittals (RFIs) and construction documents.
• Supervise project activities of basic to moderate complexity for foremen and superintendents.
• Perform QC inspections and ensure client satisfaction during close-out.
• Collaborate with design and project teams via BIM and VDC methods.
• Assist in procurement and safety metric evaluations.
