Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing documents and preparing deliverables.
• Determine total project costs by evaluating proposals and researching labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Develop preliminary schedule for engineering and construction.
• Prepare submittals and RFIs; review drawings and layouts for field crews.
• Supervise basic to moderate project activities and interpret drawings for foremen.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, client, owners and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Support safety and QC reporting; evaluate subcontractor safety performance.
• Assist in project close-out, final record drawings and close-out submittals.
