Job summary

GEP is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager – Construction Services to lead procurement for complex capital programs. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, construction procurement and consulting, requiring oversight of technical drawings, bid analysis and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Construction Engineering.
Experience with construction, capital projects, EPC/EPCM or major infrastructure programs.
Demonstrated sourcing/procurement experience including RFPs, bid analysis and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement and sourcing across construction services and capital projects.
Review engineering drawings, scopes of work and technical specs.
Translate requirements into RFPs, sourcing strategies and supplier evaluations.
Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, negotiations and award recommendations.
Advise on sourcing strategy, risks and commercial decisions with stakeholders.
