Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects.
• Engineering (civil/structural) or construction management degree - advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of BIM environment and 3D modeling software - advantageous
• Comfortable with a fast paced, dynamic, changeable environment
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills & interface management - ability to communicate with clients on site and remotely
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office and G Suite

Responsibilities

• Create the Buildots solution for global construction projects.
• Lead construction-focused technical discussions with customers.
• Serve as construction expert to guide internal teams.
• Design digital twin per client requirements to maximize Buildots value.
• Understand project construction methods to model accurately.
• Contribute to refining the design methodology to improve quality.
• Attend discovery sessions and represent Buildots strategy.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management and Product.
