Job summary

The role blends construction expertise with technology, requiring 5+ years in construction, BIM know-how, and capability to guide cross-functional teams. Hybrid work options are available in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects.
• Engineering (civil/structural) or construction management degree.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM environment and 3D modelling software.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills & interface management - ability to communicate with clients; manage discovery sessions; coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Create the Buildots solution for global construction projects.
• Lead frequent construction-focused discussions with customers.
• Serve as a construction expert within Buildots to guide internal teams.
• Apply Buildots design guidelines to create a digital twin aligned with client needs.
• Model project construction methodologies to accurately reflect how the client will build.
• Contribute to improving the design methodology with the team to enhance quality and tools.
• Lead discovery sessions and represent Buildots product and strategy.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management and Product to support projects.
