Buildots is seeking a Construction Solutions professional to join our Operations team. You will help create the digital twin framework for global projects, aligning client models and schedules with Buildots platforms.

You will conduct technical discussions with clients, guide teams with construction expertise, and ensure the solution meets client needs throughout the project lifecycle. The role offers a hybrid arrangement in the Chicago area and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects.
• Engineering (civil/structural) or construction management degree.
• Strong knowledge of BIM environment and 3D modelling software.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Buildots solutions for global construction projects.
• Lead frequent construction-focused discussions with customers.
• Serve as a construction expert to guide internal teams.
• Apply design guidelines and client requirements to build a digital twin.
• Understand project methods to accurately reflect client build processes.
• Contribute to refining the design methodology to improve quality and tools.
• Participate in discovery sessions and represent Buildots' product and strategy.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management and Product teams.
