Job summary

Muro AI is hiring a Solutions Lead in San Francisco to drive client implementations and adoption of AI for preconstruction workflows. You will collaborate with estimators, preconstruction managers, and project managers on active jobs, shaping how Muro's AI agents perform construction work.

The role requires direct GC experience, leadership in rollout, and ability to translate field learnings into product requirements. Remote collaboration and early equity are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering commercial construction projects, including estimating, bidding, buyout, subcontractor management, and project documentation
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle from pursuit and preconstruction through handoff and closeout
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work and insights on their construction impact

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff through first production use, including scoping, configuration, training, and go-live
• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts; own adoption, satisfaction, and expansion
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and working sessions with preconstruction and project teams
• Configure Muro to client workflows and reporting standards, advising on AI adoption across the organization
• Support the sales team on demos and pursuits requiring construction expertise
• Validate product output against real project conditions and work with Product/Engineering to define 'right' for construction
