Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in the United States seeks a Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. You will act as a technical subject matter expert for WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related construction technology integrations, helping customers connect systems and optimize data workflows.

You will collaborate with sales, customers, and partners to design, demonstrate, and implement solutions, drive adoption, and improve integrations across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience in construction tech and software integration.
Familiarity with APIs, data workflows, and REST/JSON.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical SME for WorkBridge and integration capabilities.
Demonstrate WorkBridge and related solutions to customers.
Guide customers through implementation and onboarding.
Translate business requirements into integration concepts.
Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners.
Develop training and best practices documentation.
Capture customer feedback for product enhancements.
