Job summary

Rand Worldwide in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Account Executive - Construction to drive new business in a hunter role. You will prospect, build pipeline from scratch, and close deals across Autodesk Forma, Leica, Productivity NOW and Bluebeam solutions.

The position emphasizes outbound prospecting, strategic account development, and revenue growth with a base salary plus commissions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3–7 years of software sales experience.
Strong knowledge of Autodesk Forma products or construction tech is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, engage and close deals with organizations in the construction industry.
Solution Selling: Present the full range of Autodesk Forma Products, Leica, Productivity NOW and Bluebeam construction solutions and services; tailor to requirements.
Market Development: Identify trends and opportunities within construction to position IMAGINiT | Autodesk as a leader in digital transformation; collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving adoption and upselling within accounts; negotiate pricing and terms; stay activity-driven.
