Placements24 is seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on building sites in Welkom. You will coordinate labor, materials, and safety compliance to keep projects progressing on time and to spec, working closely with the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site construction activities.
• Monitor workmanship quality and material standards.
