Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston is seeking a site supervisor to lead residential construction tasks, oversee volunteers and staff, and ensure safety and compliance with plans. You will coordinate with the construction superintendent on procurement, subcontractors, and inspections, while maintaining site records and timelines.
The role requires reading blueprints, managing 3-week projections, and mentoring new hires, with OSHA and safety standards at the forefront of daily activities.

As a site supervisor, you will have a critical role in managing an assigned build site comprising staff, volunteers, and subcontractors. You will oversee adherence to safety standards, building plans, timelines, material orders, and communication with the construction superintendent. Habitat Boston build sites run on a volunteer model; however, these are still active construction sites. You need to be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, move around on rough or uneven terrain, use ladders and scaffolding up to 2 stories, use power tools safely, and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
Compensation: $28 - $32 per hour, dependent on skills & experience
