Job summary

Timberlake Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to direct daily jobsite activities, manage subcontractors and labor, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on schedule.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, monitor budgets, review change orders, and maintain comprehensive on-site reporting using Procore. Strong leadership and communication are essential. This role is based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant construction operations experience.
• Experience in general commercial building markets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily activities of the jobsite.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and labor, maintaining control over accuracy and quality of each activity.
• Plan look-ahead schedules and maintain project schedule controls.
• Identify and report problems to the Project Manager; document on-site activities.
• Review change orders with the Project Manager prior to execution; review subcontract agreements; monitor budget for each activity.
• Prepare or review project status reports; provide daily reports and photos using Procore.
• Maintain open communication with the Owner's representative and align with client expectations.
• Provide support and mentoring to co-workers and customers.
