Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Superintendent to lead field activities on client projects. You will manage scheduling, subcontractors, daily communications with the Project Manager and Owner, and oversee safety, quality, and site documentation.

This role requires extensive experience with large-scale construction (USACE/NAVFAC preferred), knowledge of Procore, RMS, and typical office software, and the ability to coordinate meetings, monitor budgets, and

Qualifications

10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
Experience managing USACE and NAVFAC government construction projects.
As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
OSHA 30hr, Procore, RMS, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PDF.

Responsibilities

Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily and with Owner as necessary.
Manage subcontractor coordination, field staff, and safety programs on site.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, coordinate meetings, and support the Project Schedule.
Oversee progress billing, deliveries, and equipment on site; ensure regulatory compliance.
