Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a Triple Hat Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety & Health Officer to lead quality, safety, and health programs at a Corpus Christi project. Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Manager, managing schedule, and ensuring compliance with contract documents.

The role requires extensive federal construction experience (USACE/NAVFAC/Coast Guard), OSHA 30, CQM-C, EM385, Procore and RMS familiarity, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of federal construction experience with USACE, NAVFAC, or Coast Guard.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction supervision/management experience.
• OSHA 30hr certification.
• CQM-C certification.
• EM385 1-1 40hr training.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production per contract documents.
• Coordinate with Project Manager daily and with Owner as needed.
• Lead safety and health program on site and ensure compliance.
• Oversee progress billing and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain daily records and safety logs.
• Prepare short-term look-ahead schedules and weekly coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety standards.
• Manage deliveries, equipment, and site operations.
