Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on government and commercial construction projects at Red River Army Depot. The role demands strong subcontractor coordination, safety oversight, and delivery of project milestones.

You will report to the project office and collaborate with the Project Manager, Owner, and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion according to contract documents.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing USACE and NAVFAC government construction projects.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate and communicate with Project Manager daily.
• Oversee subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, and AHJ field coordination.
• Maintain daily records and ensure conformance to codes and project schedule.
