Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and sites for quality and safety.
• Prepare reports and project schedules for owners, architects, PMs, and management.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to resolve site issues.
• Assist with field labor tasks and operate tools and equipment as directed.
• Train new team members and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site; store tools properly.

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, site inspectors, and field crews.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and job sites to maintain quality and safety.
• Prepare reports, construction schedules, and redlined project plans for owners, architects, project managers, and management.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other construction professionals to resolve site issues.
• Assist with field labor tasks and operate hand and power tools, forklifts, skid loaders, and other equipment as directed.
• Train new team members and ensure crews follow established procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site by properly handling materials and storing tools and equipment.
• Take job site photographs and ensure they are uploaded to the appropriate company project folders.
• Complete required paperwork and travel between multiple construction sites as needed.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available to support uninterrupted project progress.
