Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring plans, schedules, safety, and quality are met. You will coordinate subcontractors, read drawings, manage documentation, and lead teams across commercial projects.

Travel about 90% of the time is required; you will manage safety, quality, and client satisfaction while navigating fast-paced timelines and dynamic field conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience in constructability analysis.
• Willingness to travel ~90% of the time and hold a valid passport.
• Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• Ability to work in loud construction environments and lift >35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.

• Monitor work progress and quality, conduct regular inspections, and address issues or deviations from plans.
• Own Re-Image brand standards and ensure projects meet client satisfaction.
• Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, work logs, and incident reports.
• Liaise between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction delays, conflicts, and technical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
