Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or a related field is required.
• Hands-on S&H training and regulatory compliance experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety management systems.
• Experience with safety training and building safety culture.
• Proactive in pursuing ASP/CSP/CHST certifications.
• Experience in construction or industrial S&H environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee S&H and Risk Management across multiple safety programs.
• Create and execute site-specific safety plans with ORM processes.
• Coordinate with General Contractor and site stakeholders to resolve non-compliance.
• Lead safety meetings, trainings, and client/contractor briefings.
• Develop and deploy Accident Prevention Programs and safety training.
• Manage site safety budgets and ensure permits and plans align with specs.
• Lead ORM reviews using drawings, specs, and regulations.
• Support incident reporting and corrective actions.
