You will develop, implement, and monitor safety programs to protect employees, subcontractors, clients, and the public from hazards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Experience leading safety audits, inspections, and training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Identify potential risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and drills.
• Ensure proper use of PPE.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and HR to promote safety culture.
