Job summary

Instrata is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across active construction projects and mission-critical environments. You will own site safety programs, partner with Project Managers and crews, and drive proactive risk reduction to ensure compliance and safe work practices.

You will perform field inspections, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations while promoting a culture of safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional safety experience in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and field safety practices.
• Experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage site safety across active construction projects and field operations.
• Perform inspections to verify compliance and identify risks.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and customer reviews.
