Job summary

Consentium Search is seeking a Construction Site Safety Manager to lead on-site safety programs and promote a strong safety culture on construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area.

You will work with project teams, subcontractors, and employees to ensure OSHA and local regulations are followed, manage incident investigations, and maintain regulatory documentation. This role reports to the Regional Safety Manager and supports risk management across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of construction safety experience on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, utility, or manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards.
• Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Promote a proactive safety culture focused on incident prevention and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety standards.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for project and company leadership.
