Optimized Process Designs, LLC (OPD) is hiring a Field Safety Coordinator for field sites, including travel to remote locations. The role focuses on inspecting job sites, conducting safety training, and ensuring adherence to OSHA requirements to minimize risk and safeguard personnel.

The candidate will coordinate with HR and site leadership, oversee safety orientations, and manage safety permits, while promoting a strong safety culture across projects.

Competenze

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 30 Course certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in safety roles within heavy construction preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct walk-through inspections of field job sites to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Organize and lead safety meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures per orientation and OSHA training.
• Identify hazardous conditions and environmental risks and recommend corrections.
• Respond to accidents and manage injury/accident case files.
• Apply drug testing policy and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with HR and site leaders on safety concerns and onboarding.
• Conduct mandatory new hire safety orientation as needed.
• Administer lockout/tagout and other safety permits.
