Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a Site Safety Manager to provide HSE leadership for a construction project in Morrisville, PA. You will implement site-specific HSE plans, supervise field safety personnel, and oversee contractors to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.

This role supports incident investigations and drives the Zero Harm program. Required 5–7 years in HSE management, 3+ years supervisory, OSHA 29 CFR 1926/1910 knowledge, and 30-hour OSHA training.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HSE management and oversight in construction.
• ≥3 years in an HSE supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of US OSHA 29 CFR 1926/1910 in construction/industrial settings.
• 30-hour OSHA construction training completed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Zero Harm philosophy for HSE at the project site.
• Develop project-specific construction HSE plans and tailor to details.
• Supervise HSE staff or contractors to ensure inspections.
• Oversee contractor compliance with HSE rules and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on HSE compliance to site management.
• Review contractor JHAs and hazard control measures.
• Lead daily safety walkdowns and issue corrective actions.
• Coordinate weekly joint project management and safety review meetings.
• Issue stop-work orders when immediate life/environment risks exist.
• Administer the site safe work permit program and sign-off permits.
• Lead incident investigations and maintain accident records.
• Provide monthly HSE performance metrics to management.
