Construction Site Quality Specialist

Top 3 Required Skills

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with civil construction projects, specifically in utility or solar projects.
2. Previous experience as a Construction Quality Specialist or a Construction Site QA/QC role.
3. Ability to read and understand construction drawings (IFC drawings).
4. Experience with site safety reviews and walkdowns, with a focus on safety standards such as OSHA 30 and industry safety practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using a personal computer and manipulating PDFs.
• Ability to prepare and file daily reports.

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience with utility-scale solar construction.
• Experience with electrical construction work.

Experience Requirements
