Job summary

A construction company in Illinois is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day project supervision and manage field labor activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in General Construction and working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations. In this role, you will assist in maintaining project safety, documentation, and housekeeping, as well as coordinate deliveries and resolve field conflicts. Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation.
• Assist in resolving any field conflicts.
• Assist in insuring proper job sequencing.
• Assist with owner occupant relations.
• Coordinate and receive deliveries.
• Regular project visits.
• Oversee your own projects when required.
