Responsibilities

• Helps establish safety plan and is directly responsible for project safety.
• Conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors, owners, and tradesmen.
• Maintain discipline at jobsite.
• Coordinate material deliveries.
• Help establish and enforce quality control plan.
• Ensure proper job sequencing.
• Liaison with owner occupant.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors progress.
• Collaborate on preparation of CPM schedules.
