Qualifications

• 3+ years of building and construction management experience.
• OSHA Site Safety Experience.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• General Contract and Subcontract administration.
• Monitor and document jobsite safety.
• Construction Scheduling.
• Procurement and expediting of materials and equipment.
• Cost review, reporting, and updating.
