Job summary

Drewry Site Development is seeking a Logistics Manager to coordinate trucking, equipment transport, fuel deliveries, and rental equipment across its sitework divisions. This office-based role manages scheduling, dispatch, communication, and records to keep field operations supplied and projects moving.

The Logistics Manager works closely with onsite superintendents, foremen, drivers, rental companies, and fuel providers to confirm daily needs and adjust schedules as project demands change.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction logistics, dispatch, equipment coordination, or a related administrative role.
• Strong scheduling, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
• Clear communication with field crews, drivers, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and respond to changing project priorities.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, email, and scheduling or tracking systems.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and trucking operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch all Drewry-owned and rented dump trucks.
• Coordinate hauling deliveries to sitework projects and customer locations.
• Schedule trucks for roll-off dumpster service and pickup of concrete.
• Communicate assignments, locations, timing, and schedule changes to drivers and trucking providers.
• Coordinate equipment transport moves across divisions and track locations.
• Maintain records of equipment locations and updates.
• Coordinate fuel deliveries for all sites and validate timing with field personnel.
• Order rental equipment and manage delivery/pickup schedules with vendors.
• Maintain organized records of rental equipment, jobs, locations, and dates.
