Job summary

Verde-Facilities is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead day-to-day service execution across active job sites in Utah. You will manage resources, prioritize work, ensure safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships while adapting to changing site conditions.

The role requires 2+ years in progressive operations, 1+ year on active construction sites, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and OSHA 10 (or be obtained within 60 days).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive operations experience, preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service industries.
• 1+ year of experience working on active construction sites.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required, or must be obtained within 60 days of hire; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English and Spanish required, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service execution across assigned construction project sites.
• Manage resources, priorities, service standards, team performance, and client relationships.
• Schedule work, assign tasks, and coordinate around the project schedule and site access.
• Supervise and support team members, ensuring performance expectations are met.
• Maintain safety and compliance with EHS standards and site rules.
• Document scope changes and extra work through formal processes before work is performed.
