Job summary

CWM is seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position involves performing various tasks at our facilities, with duties that may change daily.

The Laborer will assist in the general operation of the site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, shoveling and raking dirt, gravel, and asphalt, plus general site cleanup and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team player attitude with safety and job quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials for project needs.
• Shovel and rake dirt, gravel, and asphalt, preparing surfaces.
• Perform general site cleanup and maintain a clean, safe area.
• General maintenance of equipment and tools used on site.
• Assist in any other duties as directed by supervisors.
